I just bought a Furminator today. I have a chubby domestic shorthair and a Maine Coon, and Furminator did an amazing job on both of them. The pictures on the Furminator website are accurate!
The instructions suggested that I use the Furminator somewhere where it would be easy to pick up the amount of hair it removes… they aren’t lying!

i have to agree, the furminator is definitely a worthwhile purchase for kitty owners. initially i was hesitant to buy it because of the price, but because of the product guarantee i figured i had nothing to lose by trying it. i brush my kitties daily but the furminator removed so much more hair. it really does do what it advertises! i have also noticed a reduced amount of hairballs and better looking coats in both my boys.
(i have to say i love this website! I ’stumbled’ upon it and will be adding it to my favs!)

I have yet to buy this. I actually just found out about it the other week when I took my cat to the vet. I was amazed at the product and how much hair came off of Elliott when I thought that he was well groomed. I highly recommend it.

Borrowed this at a friend’s insistence…had to have one after using it once and “forgot” to give it back for 3 weeks

I have 4 cats and a furminator. It seems very expensive, but I am doing so much less cleaning of cat hair, and the amount of cat hair tumbleweeds rolling over my stained concrete floors have been drastically reduced.
I love it! Also, the cats love it.
