    I prefer visually the baroque bed but the cats may enjoy better their intimacy inside the hooded bed.

    Actually, Hollywood Regency is a style of decorating from the late 1930s to the late 1950s, overlapping with the period also known as mid-century modern. Most Hollywood Regency style furniture and decor was similar to classical Georgian style, typically with square and rectangular edges, columns and greek key motifs (think Dorothy Draper). What you’re showing here is more neo-victorian or neo-baroque, something very popular right now, rather than Hollywood Regency style.
