The ultra-modern Curve floating cat bed by designer Akemi Tanaka is now available for purchase. I first posted Curve back in May when it debuted at ICFF. This slim profile, wall-mounted bed is now in production. Choose from maple or walnut finish and one of three mod fabric options: dots, black, or squares.

Available at Supermarket and Bobby Berk Home.

WOW! What a GREAT design in each of the three patterns — choices, choices! I think I like the retro dots best. Seriously, too rich for my blood, but what a great way to make the living masterpieces even MORE aesthetically pleasing, if that’s possible!

So beautiful… I wish I could afford it. Bent wood makes clean, pure lines, but the process must be long and/or expensive, since I’ve never found a anyting (for my cat or for me) within my budget. The dot pattern is beautiful.

So attractive. I like the squares pattern–has a Japanese feel to it.

The cats are living art. And aren’t they? Great idea. Thanks.
