I found this great video on YouTube for the Dragonfly Cat Toy. Wow! The cat in the video is adorable!
The Dragonfly appears to be similar to the Cat Dancer, but it has a 3 inch wooden handle and instead of the simple cardboard rolls on the end of the wire there is an enticing dragonfly made of Mylar and hematite beads. Each Dragonfly Cat Toy is handmade in the USA and it comes in four different colors.
You can get one in the US through Robbins Pet Care and sometimes on eBay.

These wand toys drive cats WILD. And yes, that is a really adorable little blonde kitten — but then, what cat ISN’T irresistible?

Wow. I bet my cats would go crazy for that! Especially my Maine Coon Roxy, she is the obsessive fly-catcher of the house. Flies don’t last long here…

My friend and I have had these toys for several years and the cats love them. We have them in two different lengths of wire. The longer wire, shown in video, is prefered by the cats and induces more acrobatic exercise.

I never thought a cat toy would entertain my cats as much as Da’ Bird but I bought the cat dancer after seeing it mentioned in the top toys list…They now patiently wait while I try to get them to play with Da’ Bird–and go completely nuts when I bring out the Cat Dancer. I’ve never seen my cat making that strange chirping noise before because of a toy (usually she does it when she sees birds outside), but she does it when the Cat Dancer is being particularly elusive!

My Bengals and Siamese go nuts for the dragonfly, they play until they are breathing hard and panting! It’s great exercise for them and a very durable toy. I got mine at a cat show and would buy one again.

Well worth the investment. It’s so popular at our multicat household that the cats don’t engage in their usual “wait until my turn” behavior. They all go after it at once.
