The design and culture website Design Observer recently posted a slideshow of cats and their designers. #33 is a photo of my very own cat guy Peter J. Wolf with one of the newest additions to the Moderncat family, Sebastian, who was adopted from The Great Kitty Rescue, along with Flora, Dee, and Ginseng. Sebastian’s right eye had to be removed due to infection, but he is just as happy as can be now living in Peter’s ultra-swank pad in Central Phoenix.

Sebastian is one of the lucky ones. Thank you for posting the link that tells a little of the story of the Pahrump cats. Hope everyone reads it and my comment, and decides to help do something for cats in THEIR neighborhood.

Sometimes we can’t adopt every cat we come across, or every cat that needs a home. It’s important to find a group in your area that traps, spays or neuters feral cats and then releases them. Some caring folks here in SLC, Utah, make their nightly rounds feeding these cats and making sure they have water and a warm place to get out of the weather. Make donations! Thanks!
