I’ve been absent from the net for a couple of days, so when checking out ModernCat, my eye caught the beautiful print in this post; “Bacchus & the Ball of Yarn” .. I then saw the give away sign, checked the site and despite the abundant quality of all the pieces; this remains my favourite by far.
April 15th, 2009 at 2:07 pm
‘Strutter’ reminds me of my own cats. I have 3!
April 15th, 2009 at 4:09 pm
I love these designs, especially the necklace. I might have to try to make something similar myself.
April 15th, 2009 at 4:51 pm
All of the designs are lovely, but I think my purrsonal favorite is “Beggeth”.
April 15th, 2009 at 8:06 pm
I love how solid her line quality is in her art, and how elegant her designs are on all her mechandise. Please enter me in the contest and thanks for having such a great website.
April 15th, 2009 at 11:09 pm
I can’t decide whether I like Bacchus and the ball of yarn (though a little mousey would also be cute) more, or the Eros snubbing the bowl picture. They both remind me of my mischievous lovelies so much. The drawings are so elegant in their simplicity. It’s amusing how easy it is to pick out the most familiar poses among your own brood. =^_^=

I love Beggeth but have to say that I love all of them. The artwork is so beautiful and I love the way it captures the heart, soul and playfulness of the cat. It is easy to see that she puts so much talent and love into her work and that is what makes them all so beautiful and unique.

I honestly love them all. You have truly captured the essence and true grace of the feline. Though each cat is unique, your simple yet exquisite designs convey the universality of our precious cats.
I think my most favorite is “Licketh” – but “Beggeth” and “Eros & the Empty Bowl” come in a very close second.
I am simply amazed how expressive (and brilliant) you are with a few perfect lines. I feel confident that everyone who sees your creations must truly feel that YOU personally know their cats very intimately and that each of your drawings is actually of their cats! You are THAT good. Thank you!
April 17th, 2009 at 8:32 am
They are all wonderful, but if I had to choose it would be Purreth. Thanks
April 17th, 2009 at 8:48 am

I especially love Stretcher and Purreth. I like the concept of Celtic Dinnertime since I have five cats, but sure can’t imagine them all sharing dinner like that!
