Alyssa, I don’t know of any rescue groups in Tucson, but you might try contacting http://www.alleycat.org and/or http://www.bestfriends.org and emailing them. They may be able to put you in touch with some local groups. GOOD LUCK and THANK YOU for loving cats!!!
