You couldn’t choose a more beautiful cat tree or buy from a nicer person. Rebecca, the owner, was kind enough to look into building a crate for me to have our freight company come by and pick one up just so I could have one of her cat trees for my Siberian cats all the way in Georgia! Not only did she look into to it, she built a crate and the tree arrived in perfect condition. Of course I had to have the 6′ tree! If you are thinking about buying one, you should, you’re cat(s) will love it!

Since I’m a different opinion!
I had a lot of climbing trees, from cheap to expensive.
The best thing I have up to now is from the company Magiccats.

I’ve seen these in person and I have to say, they are fabulous! Your cats will LOVE them! The biggest problem with traditional cat trees (other than being unsightly) is poor construction. It is important to me that my cats are able to jump off their perch and not tip the entire tree over (this is especially important for heavier cats who still like to climb and pretend they are nimble!) Mountain Cat Trees are weighted at the base and very sturdy. They are an attractive piece of feline furniture! Highly recommended!

These ARE nice! I don’t believe my old boy, Edgar (almost 18 yrs old) would use this, but my calico, Mandy, who’s 10 and VERY active might.

I also need to hug these cats, right here and now! They soooo boo-ti-ful! [giggle]

I made a scratching post a while back from a fallen branch near my parent’s home. If you have access to some basic tools it can be created fairly easily, and inexpensively, but it can also be time consuming. Of course the fact that I spent time making my cat something ensures she’s not gonna use it….

These posts are well worth the money considering they’re handmade and use renewable resources.
