Reusable shopping bags are a great way to reduce your contribution to the landfill. There are lots of reusable bags out there, but this cute kitty bag from Envirosax is one of my favorites. Envirosax are stylish, inexpensive (at only $8.50 for a nice big tote bag), and compact (when rolled-up, they are only 4″ x 1.5″.) This cat design is licensed from Animal Planet along with a series of other animal-related styles and I love the message on the Envirosax website:

Love it! I need to be selective about how many bags/totes I buy. I could bring the whole store home with me if I took all of them! I’ll just carry different ones everyday… and give them out to people who “forgot” theirs so they don’t use more (shudder) plastic bags.

This is very stylish and beautiful! I have one from The Animal Rescue Site that I love — it’s pink with a stylized cat and says “PURRFECT”. Great to see creativity in something we can all use!
