If you’ve grown bored with the Chat Noir game, but still find yourself looking for a diversion from real work, then here’s another brainless, yet frighteningly addictive, game for you. Nom Nom Nom 4 Fud is very obviously a promotion-laden little marketing tool, but, hey, I can handle some branding if I get to play a few rounds of a challenging game, especially one with great kitty graphics. Check it out, but don’t blame me if the housework goes unfinished today. (You can blame Moderncat reader James, who told me about it.)

Even though this looks like a fun online distraction, I wouldnt go to ANY website that supports Iams – its a bad bad bad company. Cats and dogs are tortured, miserable, and tested on regularly.
Please see these links, and think twice when you buy food for your darlings!

Is this true about IAMS?

The video footage is pretty graphic and upsetting. I plan to do some investigation into the integrity of Iams as well as other pet food companies and I will share my findings.

Many years ago, in college, I did an informative research study on Iams and I hold the same belief as Pia Zain. I would never buy their products or support companies who support them. They are bad, bad. Both for cats and dogs. While I can’t say I found much information based on other companies, the information I found about Iams was disturbing enough to make me never consider any of their product for my kitties again.

I discovered the same about Iams off the PETA website. It’s the only pet food company that they’ve put on their BAD list for conscientious consumers. Their “scientific” diets really do come at a cost to many animals who are subjected to their experiments and inhumane treatments in labs. One story on the PETA site says a kitten was washed down the drain!

Hi! A friend told me about this blog. I work for Iams. With respect, you’ve got some misinformation about us.
An accurate video of our research facility is available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dExk5nJY6AI.
Also, for more information about our research, please visit http://www.IamsTruth.com.
