It's the only pet food company that they've put on their BAD list for conscientious consumers. Their "scientific" diets really do come at a cost to many animals who are subjected to their experiments and inhumane treatments in labs. I would never buy their products or support companies who support them. They are bad, bad. Both for cats and dogs. While I can't say I found much information based on other companies, the information I found about Iams was disturbing enough to make me never consider any of their product for my kitties again.
