Wow…I never knew such a thing existed. We lived about 2 miles from Ground Zero in 2001 and thought we might be evacuated or trapped in our apartment. We got the carriers out for all the cats and were ready to move at a seconds notice in case it came to that. Fortunately neither scenario came to fruition, but surviving an event like that definitely makes you want to have something like this on hand.
