I am surprized that Modern Cat is promoting this product. I thought this sounded like a great toy for my cats until I read the reviews from customers.
The overall comments were that most cats appear to love the toy, BUT it is frail and breaks easily, and is outright dangerous as cats have been able to get the string and swallow it!
Furthermore, the owner of the product does not support their “customer service” and if she answers a call at all, is then very rude, and does not appear interested in making the product safer.
I read all the comments to be certain I would not be swayed by one person. And I will certainly NOT buy this product.
