What a cool invention/idea. I have a few guinea pigs that might like something like this. However, they probably would chew away the cardboard.

I agree with all you guys about the problem with using cardboard, but I guess the cardboard is a lighter material to use… one wouldn’t want the these boxes to start getting too heavy

I bought one of these and was happily shocked how sturdy it is! My 2 cats also like to tear up cardboard like crazy! However, neither one of them have attemped to scratch on it at all and I have had it for a few months now. They both enjoy sleeping in the hammock part, but if it is “occupied” they will sleep on top. Also one of my cats likes to store all of her toys under the hammock part. It is pretty cute how she will carry them over and toss them in the box! I believe they like it because it is enclosed and offers that secure feeling without being too confined because of the side hole “windows” Just thought I would add my take on this great product =)
