Very good idea. I have a file with all loose papers in it for each pet and it tales a bit of searching to find any info.

I could really use this because my poor baby is on all kinds of meds. and isn’t in the best of health. I would feel so much better knowing I had all his info. in one place, in case I got ill unexpectedly, and was unable to take care of him and somebody had to care for him for me.I always worry who would know how to care for him ?

Looks really good. It is quite complicated too find all info when you have several pplaces too look, so this would work much better.

YES! Great idea! Does it have copies of some of the forms so that, should you change veterinarians you can change the information as well? Does it have a place for loose papers for each cat? Would love to look through it. I write everything down, often putting it into a file, then can’t find it later, pawing wildly through drawers and piles.

Currently, I have a binder with every record from every vet visit we’ve ever had. With a 7 1/2 year old cat, a 6 year old cat, and a 4 year old dog, that binder is getting HUGE! This looks like a much better way of organizing information, especially keeping track of their meds when we go on vacation or out of town for a weekend and have someone watching them.
