It’s time for another poll of the Moderncat readers! This time you’ll be helping the folks are Urban Pet Haus choose the top design for their new wall-mounted scratchers, plus they’d like to know what type of scratching materials you think your cats would prefer. Take a look at the designs below and then leave a comment on this post with the following:

- What type of scratching material would your cats prefer (corrugated cardboard, sisal, carpet, other)?

My 7 Boyz would love the strip with carpet. It looks like they would get lots of exercise on it and carpet holds up more than the other materials. I thought the other designs were attractive but I would want them to have a product that would provide daily attracting interest.=^Y^=

Oct is the one I like best, however, i’m sure my cat would rather fall or strip, because she prefers long scratchers! What has always worked better for her is sisal, in fact, she does not care about the rest.

I like the Octagon but I think the Fall is more practical. I have two cats that scratch at different heights. They both like sisal but one loves carpet.

I prefer the octagonal shape and my cat would prefer sisal.
