The wonderful folks over at Mountain Cat Trees are offering one of their beautiful, eco-friendly, handcrafted cat trees for the monthly giveaway. I first wrote about Mountain Cat Trees last year, and showed you all of their wonderful scratchers and cat trees made of natural materials that kitties love. They use real trees with the bark removed and natural sisal. Everything is handmade in Massachusetts using trees that are locally harvested from downed trees or timber cutting and forest management. Now that’s really green!

This looks great- Gibbers would certainly love it! I wonder, though, how sturdy it is for those of us with young human kids in the house? Our cat trees always seems to double as a play fort or castle. Sturdy is VERY necessary! Will it resist tipping?

I adopted 1 cat (Maxwell) a year ago from a no-kill shelter where I volunteer weekly. I completely fell in love with him and adopted a little brother for him to play with. I live in an apartment and both cats are indoor only. They really need a perch of their own and they would absolutely LOVE this!! I’m so blessed and lucky to have found both of them, hopefully I can give them this in return!

I have 2 large adopted cats Izzie and Cosmo. They love each other but love to sleep in the same place. This sure would keep us close, playful and in perfect “swatting”distance from each other! LOVE natural classic look.
