Some kitties need a little extra room to stretch out! If you have a large breed cat like a Maine Coon or a Norwegian Forest Cat, or maybe a kitty with a more “robust” figure, then we want to see your photos! Please submit a photo of your big kitty to kate [at] moderncat [dot] net by Aug 22 along with a description of where your kitty currently sleeps and why they need a Scratch’n Slumber Comfort Lounge. We’ll post the photos of these fabulous felines for all to see and the Moderncat readers will get to vote for their favorite photo.
Photos are due by Aug 22, voting will take place Aug 23 through 26 and the winner will be announced on August 27. The lucky winner will receive their choice of either The Big Baby or The Big Baby Jr. Scratch’n Slumber Comfort Lounge, the best loungers for big cats (or multiple cats!) ooh boy. our cats aren’t any specific breed…just good ole domestic short hairs…but most of them are BIG domestic short hairs. not really fat…just very tall and large-framed.

My cat sleeps in a small cat bed that I made out of a wicker basket and a flat cat mat, but obviously is too big for it so having this Scratch n Slumber bed would be ideal for her…

Flip needs something like this DESPERATELY. My vet once called her ‘solid’ but I know that is a nice way to say, rather large.
Flip not only needs this for herself but I would like my own bed back. When she stretches out on my bed, I have no where to sleep.

Lovley! I have a big boy named biscuit and he would really enjoy lounging on the slumber comfort! I sent you a photo of biscuit on his bed and he really can’t get to comfy due to the petite size of the lounge. He’s so cute – you’re gonna love’em!

My Tang needs this like he needs Weight Watchers! He is a snow lynx/pixie bob mix and is classified as a large breed but how much bigger can a cat get! I love my big guy and hope his size brings home the prize!

I look forward to entering. our guy just lost 4 pounds and the vet was so happy. He is a big guy and definately loves boxes of all sizes…he likes to squeeze into anything. He also loves lounging on couches, office chairs…:-) he isn’t picky but he definately appreciates spaces that are just his!
