Here’s a Christmas gift every modern cat will love! It’s the ModKat litter box. Definitely the sleekest looking litter box around, this beautifully designed kitty loo has lots of unique features including rooftop access, an ergonomic scoop, and a re-usable washable liner — all together in an attractive modern design. The ModKat comes in five colors: red, black, white, blue, and yellow.

One lucky winner is going to receive a ModKat litter box, plus a second one will be sent to the charity of their choice. Winner gets to pick the color. This is another great item that the charity could use themselves or raffle as a fundraiser. To enter, please leave a comment on this post and don’t forget to leave the name of your charity. The winner will be announced on Christmas Eve along with all the other give-a-thon winners.

This would be a great second box for the new kitty we should be getting soon.
The second one would go to the Urban Cat League (http://www.urbancatleague.org), the best friends NYC’s feral cats ever had.

My cat i’ll love this cat litter box!

Love these! And we would HAVE to get Mom’s favorite color which is red!
The rescue we would share with is the Animal Center in Newtown, CT – those Ladies perform miracles for stray kitties, and all the feral kitties. They’ve even helped Mom with Shadow – our feral. They lent Mom a trap so she could catch him – and now he’s all “fixed” and has shots.

Oh so nice! I wonder what my cats would say!
I would love to share this gift with the wonderful association “Bon oeil Bon chat” (http://www.bon-oeil-bon-chat.fr/accueil.html) Thank you!

What a groovy concept!

We’ve been following your fabulous design doings ever since you appeared on the scene – all of our household inhabitants are big fans of great design. Aside from its sleek lines and bold pop of color, we love the fact that the ModKat would also baffle our spaniel pup in his diligent efforts to retrieve “snacks.”
Thanks for letting me yammer on about this . . . and if you pick me, I would ask that your donation go to Lifeline Animal Project: Atlanta’s LifeLine for Homeless Pets

GK would love one of these, since Matthias wouldn’t use it it would give her her own box, lol He has to use all the boxes and she does not like to go after him, but he doesn’t like to climb so this would be safe for her. And I am sure the kitties at the Warren County VA Humane Society would benefit from one too. http://members.petfinder.com/~VA199/MainFS.html
Wishing special Blessings on all of the companies who made the donations for these giveaways. And to everyone at Moderncat who help us make our homes havens for our animals and ourselves.

Clever design, I think my cats would appreciate the entrance being on top instead of on the side. Mess reducing too for those of us with ‘kickers’
Very attractive!
I’d love one and so would the stylish kitties at http://www.bigdogrescue.com – thanks for the great contest
December 22nd, 2010 at 9:59 am
I like the scoop is attached, no searching! This also might keep the dogs from having treats. I would share with the rescue group that I just surrendered 5 of my cats to due to financial hardship.

I am just redecorating my house and getting a new litter box is next on my to-do list. My two wonderful cats: Sicilly and Eugene deserve an upgrade. They are not too happy about some of the changes in the house but I am sure they would love such a stylish litter box.
I’ve been supporting the Edmonton Humane Society and would love to donate a ModKat litter box to them(http://www.edmontonhumanesociety.com/).

Both of my cats love tracking litter all over the house, but they’d love more to do their business in style! Having this litter box would definitely help me with the mess around their current box. The Chasing Daylight Animal Shelter would also love to put a ModKat Litter Box to use in their new shelter launching this summer ’11.

I know my cats would love the privacy this litterbox offers. I love the design not only because it is stylish and sleek, but would keep all litter inside instead of on a mat or floor! A great giveaway. If I win, I am going to include this in an auction for the Red Fern Animal Shelter because they are instrumentable in helping me continue my TNR efforts in my community.
