Last year, I introduced some wonderful cat furniture designs from Korea, including the Trillo climbing towers and cat trees. They have added a new product to the line, a connecting table base. The work surface connects to the Trillo climbing tree, providing you with a desk that’s close to kitty.

You can also add extra platforms on the supporting leg for extra kitty lounging spots. The desktop comes in black or white. The website is completely in Korean, so I don’t have a lot of details on price or shipping, but it definitely looks like the perfect way to share your workspace with a kitty or two!

Thanks again to Heeyoung for finding this fabulous piece of Korean design!

I bet my cats would still insist on sitting whatever I was working on despite the many cat perches.

How can one order one of these desk/cat trees? What a great concept!

That looks so cool! Maybe it would keep my cat from jumping on the desk when I’m using the computer

If you use Google Chrome as your browser, it will translate the language for you. That still doesn’t give you the conversion for price, however.

That is really fantastic. Someone has a great sense of ingenuity with that!

That is one neat desk and cat tree combo. This is tempting even though I have a nice computer desk.

Ok, I went to their page and I really think that the X-shaped climber with the ladder would be the absolute perfect thing for my cats. Amazing. These guys really need to put up a page for English-speakers and tell us how we can get them!

Love, love, LOVE that! Dang!
February 9th, 2011 at 1:40 pm
Aaaany chance we can get these here? I’m with your other readers … their site is in Korean and that tends to make me think their products are only domestically available.

Love this! My cats would take it over completely and I’d still not have table space, but as long as they are happy…

Then every day could be “take your cat to work day”!

Hello!
If you view the website using Chrome it should translate into English. The price of the desk is 235,000won which is approximately $220USD. I’m not sure about the translation but it says that their are some pieces that are imported to the USA by “Wilson Art” but I have no idea who that is or where to find them.
As for ordering or an English website – it is probably impossible to order directly off the website. Generally you need to have a Korean registration number to purchase things on the internet (I live in Korea and I need to have my Korean co-workers help me out if I want to purchase anything online).
You could try contacting the seller through email, if they are based in Seoul there is a good chance that they speak English. However, I would use short sentences and easy to understand words. The email address provided on the website is: ohmycat@ohmycat.co.kr (Be warned your email might be filtered into their SPAM box because your email would be coming from a non-Korean email address… again this is from experience.)
Good Luck!

i contacted them last year. tree wasn’t so expensive. they have a vertical design which was around 250 USD. they said they can ship to US and shipping was around 250 dollars. so in comparasion, total cost was very competitive with any other fancy US made cat tree about this size however the one from Korea is much nicer in design.

Hey loofa (or anybody else!),
How did you manage to contact them, just via email? Have tried and had no luck so far – and would love to purchase.
