I would choose navy and green or navy and red since these are colors that cats can see and therefore might intrigue them more. My cats would love these, especially since I have one very energetic 6 month old, Elmo, and a 4 year old, Motor, who sometimes likes his peace and quite. although unfortunately he can’t get much since Elmo is super energetic. A toy like this would definitely keep him entertained while Motor can sleep.
