The stuff on MY bed doesn’t cost that much! Seriously, go to Pier One Imports, they have amazing stuff including pillows, make an opening in the pillow, fill it with something soft and sew the edges. You can get a whole room full of them for the cost of one of these grossly over priced ones. And the pillows at Pier One Imports don’t have a tag on them that say sucker!

I have to say this, even though I like modern cat products, there is a commmon theme among them which is the insane cost of them. While some of these products do use better materials, for the most part it seems like the high price tag reflects the design of the item which in my opinion is a just another way to rip people off. I know nobody is making people buy these things but it just seems not right, that if you like the idea of having cat furniture that isn’t tacky or covered in carpet, then you have to pay an arm and a leg for it. The wood cat trees are one of my favorite things shown on this website but they would cost me a month’s rent to buy one! I also thought prices would go down a bit because of the reccesion but I haven’t seen a lot of that going on.
