We ordered our cat scatcher a couple of months ago. Order # 2909792. We have still not recieved our product. I kept checking the website and it seemed like they would be ready to ship by now. This scratcher is very stylish, but it frays easily! I received my scratch in July, and after 5 months of use it looks horrible and destroyed. I had the Smartcat tower before and that has lasted years, with multiple cat. If RefinedFeline gets better quality material, it will definitely be worth purchasing!
