It’s the HabiCat, a handcrafted hexagonal shelf that looks more like a piece of modern sculpture than a cat climber. There are four solid side panels and two open, which can be oriented in a number of different ways. You can create an inner lounging area and a top perching spot, both covered with thick felt pads for extra comfort.

we’ve been wanting to create functional but decorative wall climbers for our cats for a while, and this is just wonderful. at $250 a piece, i’m wondering how easily we might be able to replicate these ourselves.

These are lovely but costly – I’d be happy with deep box shelves for the wall that can be jumped from one to the other – but I’ve yet to find any – any suggestions??? I would like for my books as well as for a new kitty when I find one that’s perfect for me! I’d perfer to adopt of course. I have great transom windows with valances below all around the house this would be awesome access.
