One of our favorite modern pet product companies, Hepper, just released a new pet feeder that I absolutely love. It’s the Nom Nom feeder and it’s super sleek and functional. The Nom Nom comes with a removable two-compartment stainless steel dish that nests inside a plastic tray with a crumb catcher to catch little spills around the food bowl. And it actually comes with not one, but two stainless steel dishes, so you can always have one clean and ready to fill.

With the Nom Nom, kitty’s food or water will be slightly raised for easier eating, plus the whole thing is dishwasher safe. Choose from blue, orange, or gray. $39 at hepper.com.

This is awesome! I get so tired of stepping on dried, crunchy bits that wind up on the floor around the bowl.

Still not perfect, but better. Great that they give you an additional bowl, but really, I would like them to sell additionals, too. Most importantly, this feeder is still a bowl, and in our house, that means “whisker distress”. I know it sounds crazy picky… hell, maybe just crazy… but I know that whisker distress is very real for my kitty. If Hepper could make an insert that was more like a plate, this would be in my house.

This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for! I love all the bright colors too. Stepping on crunchy bits is no fun…these bowls will change all that! Thank goodness!

I currently use the Neater Feeder, but this looks like it ought be better, not to mention smaller. Has anyone used this?

This is also really awesome if you have ants.
Put water in the trap and the ants can’t get to the food.

We think this would also come in handy for water! We seem to knock into ours when we play so mom and dad wouldn’t have to worry about the dribbles! >^..^<

I’m sure a lot of folks will like these. Another, more reasonable, and to my sense of aesthetics, more attractive way to keep the feeding areas clean is to place the feeding dishes on plastic trays like the ones available at a certain Scandinavian furniture store. They’re beautiful, cleanable, and reasonably priced — something very important to one in every 2 people in the USA, according to the media!

These look great. They would be excellent for my little girl, as she alway manages to drop her biscuits all around her bowl. Her brother on the other hand, never drops anything outside his bowl.

Hi Everyone! Jed from Hepper here. Thanks for all the comments and interest in the NomNom! We’re glad you like it.
@Babs (#3 comment) – we did consider whisker distress with the design. One side of the stainless steel dish is shallower so the kitties don’t have to lean too far in. The dishes are pretty wide too, which helps a bit. Thanks for your feedback!

I love the design! I ordered one blue, and one orange.
