Last week we joined Gracey The Tiniest Tiger in Hollywood for a star-studded pre-Oscar event to launch Gracey’s newest venture, Triple T Studios. (Okay, Gracey wasn’t actually in Hollywood, but Flat Gracey was there!) We attended the Secret Room Luxury Lounge where we met all sorts of cat-loving celebrities.
So, what’s this actually all about? Gracey’s mom Joanne McGonagle spent last summer living among the lions with the Maasai in Kenya as part of a Global Field Master of Zoology program. Joanne’s blog, The Tiniest Tiger, which features her cat Gracey, has raised over $30,000 to help both domestic and big cat programs. Joanne and her business partner Maureen de Schepper recently created Triple T Studios to continue raising funds for similar global conservation programs. The Tiniest Tiger Hipster bag is the first product designed by Triple T Studios, with the proceeds from sales going to Lion Guardians. This appearance at the red carpet event was the official launch of Triple T Studios.
The Tiniest Tiger Hipster bag is a cool little quilted bag with subtle cat silhouettes sewn on the outside and lots of pockets to hold all your essentials. It’s lightly padded and just the right size to hold an iPad. The bag can be purchased for a special introductory price of $59 on The Tiniest Tiger’s website.
Just a few of the celebrities who stopped by to see us included Jackson Galaxy, Derek Mears, Alice Greczyn, Hal Sparks, and Angela Kinsey who plays one of TV’s most well-known cat ladies, Angela Martin from The Office. They were all so nice and interested in what Triple T Studios is doing and everyone had their picture taken with Flat Gracey.
