If anyone can be considered the grande dame of modern cat design, it would be Elizabeth Paige Smith. She did it first and, in my opinion, she still does it best. It’s been a while since I’ve checked in at the Kittypod website to see what’s new, and look what I found!
First, she has two new scratchdecks, pictured above. Both scratch pads are housed in a stylish outer cover and are reversible for extended wear. Choose from the Lil Pawpaw for $26 or the Pawpaw for $38. Each scratchdeck comes with a set of birdy toys.
The Iti scratcher/lounge cradles kitty in comfort and provides a large, reversible scratching surface. Now available with a blue or white birdy imprint for $48.
On the softer side, the Wingdream cat bed gives kitty a cozy place for a catnap. Shaped like a bug’s wing, this bed is made with soft organic cotton sherpa on one side and linen-like woven hemp on the other. $256.
Taking cat beds to a new level, the Kittypod team experimented with vintage and new denim to create a limited edition line of luxury cat beds. These beds are filled with a special blend of lavender scented buckwheat hulls and silky hemp fibers. The soft denim covers are one of a kind, hand-stamped with the Kittypod logo and the birdy design. The denim birdy is already sold out, but the denim koosh is still available for $244.
