I first introduced The Bloq from Dutch company Binq Design in January, and everyone loved the multi-functionality of this side-table with a built-in cat bed below. Binq has just released two new versions of The Bloq and they’re offering winner’s choice for our April monthly giveaway!
The Bloq now comes in two styles that are perfect for a modern home with an eco-friendly flair. Both are made with reclaimed wood and have a natural wood grain texture. Beach is finished with white chalk paint, and Nature is unfinished raw wood. The clean modern lines are nicely juxtaposed with the rough, natural finishes.
The cat bed nestled underneath has a washable, stain-resistant cover that comes in a variety of mod colors. The winner of the April giveaway will get to choose the finish and cushion color.

My rehabbed feral cat Lucy would love this. She likes to be just close enough to watch people but not interact with them. And it would keep her out of my bookshelves.

These are so cool! My 3 kitties, 1 foster cat, and 4 foster kittens, would love to hang out in one of these. They are crazy about boxes and are constantly sneaking into cupboards and paperbags- I’m sure they would really enjoy this bed! They like to be in the middle of everything that’s going on, so with this side table in the living room they can be nice and cozy, right in the center of the action.

I love the rustic feel this bed gives,I’m getting a kitty for the first time – so this would be a very welcome addition to Mila’s new home, she is a Siberian kitten. I am scheduled to receive her the first week in June 2012. Here’s hoping :}

At first seeing it, I didn’t like it much, but the combination of the bleach wood and the aqua cushion made it look simply beautiful. If I don’t win, I’d buy the nature bloq with the olive cushion for Bonsai.
