Is anyone else having trouble submitting their picture? I tried different browsers and photo formats. Keep getting an error telling me that I did not upload an image.

Can you only enter on facebook? Is there a more detailed list of rules/terms somewhere? How is the winner chosen? Do we vote or do you guys choose the winner? Once we submit a picture does it become your “property”? Do you guys get rights to that photo, and if so will you be using the photos elsewhere at a later time?
