Congrats to all the finalists. Everyone in animal rescue are winners. But the real winners are the animals that are saved. Thank you everyone for all the hard work you do, and keep up the good work.

A huge heartfelt thanks to Moderncat, The Vertical Cat,Sisal Rugs Direct, Tipsy Nip, Plain Brown Tabby Treats & Toys, and Old Maid Cat Lady.
We are so honored to receive this amazing prize package and you can bet our cats are gonna love all the new vantage points provided.
For six years, we’ve been hitting the streets hard to end feline overpopulation in West Michigan and while often it feels an uphill battle, winning this contest really boosts morale around here.
All rescuers who give of their time, talents, heart and soul are deserving of great things. I wish all who devote their lives to animal care and welfare good health and strength of mind and body.
For all tho voted for Carol’s Ferals, THANK YOU for taking the time to cast your vote and for asking your friends to vote too. This means a great deal to us.
Most important to me personally is the exposure this contest has given to our work. Trap-Neuter-Return is not yet a household word…but we really want it to be and this publicity will no doubt help us greatly in that endeavor.
Humbled and thrilled for our 35 adult cats in our adult room who will benefit from this makeover.
Thank you,

Catgratulations to Carol’s Ferals for winning the grand prize! I hope they will put up pictures after the makeover. That would be fun to see. Congrats to all the shelters as they are all winners. This was a big benefit to the cats and shelters and lots of fun for all of us.
What wonderful companies to donate all these great prizes!

ConCATulations to ALL of the winners! We love Carol’s Ferals & Friendlies here, and know that the first prize winnings will be put to excellent use, as will all of the other wonderful prizes, by all of the amazing rescues. EVERYONE who love cats and puts that love into positive action wins, we know — Sarah, posting above, says it best. Big props to all of the individuals and companies who are going to help make some very deserving cats’ lives a little richer and happier.

Congratulations to Carol’s Ferals for winning the grand prize, and congratulations for all the runner ups for getting yourself so far in this contest. You all are doing amazing work!!
I’ve donated some of the prizes, and I would like to explain why I did this. My “product testers” were all feral born and socialized at different ages in their lives. My hammock modeler was an adult feral when I started to work with him, and look at him now. I have a tremendous respect for every organization that helps feral cats, as I know how difficult that can be. And that is exactly why I wanted to do my part to help these organizations. You need all the help you can get, and those babies deserve something fun until they find their fur-ever home.

Just an idea: perhaps giving nameof person in charge and addresses of all these wonderfully dedicated cat shelters to all Modercat subscribers, just in case any one of them wishes to send them a little extra help in the mail.

could someone set up a site to donate specific things to the shelter of their choice? I think it would really work.

Teresa-Carol’s Ferals has a website that you can make a donation thru and there is a mailing address to. CarolsFerals.org.
This was a kind and amazing contest and a big headbutt to all that won and participated.
Remember…in the end the cats are the winners! I’m also sure that CF will post after pics on their FB page.
And always remember “Just because you can’t touch them doesn’t mean you can’t help them” I love and live by this.

CONGRATS, CAROL!!! My hubby and I now have 12 rescued cats; we know how much love, energy, patience, (and vet bills) this requires. We still have our feral cat (it’s been 4 years now) and although she still refuses to be touched, she has the run of the house, is the SWEETEST cat that causes no trouble nor does she want any trouble, is extremely beautiful and intelligent (and HAPPY!) Sadly, ferals are so often mis-understood.
