If you’ve been following along on the Moderncat Facebook page or Twitter, then you might have seen me posting from the Catification Lounge at the 2012 BlogPaws Pet Blogging and Social Media Conference, held in Salt Lake City last week. The Catification Lounge was a showcase of some of my favorite modern cat products, all on display for attendees to see firsthand. Jackson Galaxy and I put together some “Catification Tips” for creating truly cat-friendly environments, which you will hear more about soon. The Catification Lounge was sponsored by the folks at Zero Odor.

Gracey, The Tiniest Tiger, and Pimp from Your Daily Cute both made appearances in flat cat form, and to prove that we don’t discriminate in the Catification Lounge, we let Manny and Marcuz from The Enlightened Ferret enjoy the lounge, too!

There was another special guest at the conference this year, Moki Fogg, A.K.A. The Wobbly Cat, and his mom Crystal. Moki has a mysterious neurological condition and is undergoing extensive rehabilitation. Moki’s story serves to educate people about special needs pets and what can be done for them. He is an incredible little guy with a huge spirit. It was an honor to meet him!

So what happened to all of the goodies in the lounge at the end of the conference, you ask? Everyone who stopped by the lounge had the chance to fill out an entry form and we did a big drawing at the end to give everything away. All of the larger items in the lounge were donated to local animal shelter, Friends of Animals Utah for their cat room. We will share photos of the finished room as soon as everything is set-up.

Love, Love, Love Zero Odor!! They are the only thing that has completely removed our lovely Midnight’s smell from my boyfriend’s things she just LOVES to pee all over. I would love some Zero Odor, and I’m sure my boyfriend would be thankful too

We use a case a month of Zero odor!! Love this product for out multi cat home! I use it in laundry and spray it on litter boxes daily!! Been using this product for 2 years. I have the cat shelter we I volunteer using it now!!! 5 star product!!!

Thanx for all the new and wonderful cat goodies I find here. I’m still looking for an older tv to make the one you showcased. I have 2 older (18)yr old katz, (Maxx is diabetic and Tom has the beginning of kidney problems), 1 that is 12 and one that is 6 that I think is either feral or was abused. I call him my couch kitty as he only comes out at night when the house is quiet. Thank you for your page that allows me to see all the new ideas people come up with!!

I would love the kitty cleaners. I just cleaned the litter box this morning and could have used one of those Zero Odor products instead of the wipes I used and had to clean upi after with soapy paper towels.

I would LOVE to win this product! I have tried so many pet odor products my kitchen is filled with them. Needless to say, I have not found anything that works. I have a cat, Buddy Bud Fat the Fattest Cat,that for whatever reason chooses to use the carpet as his sometimes litter box. My friend recommended these products and swears by them.

Cats are really quite clean, always grooming. They like there litter box to be clean & not stink, and so do I. We are going to try this stuff!

Recently tried Odor Zero by using up some Amazon credits and kinda sorta pleased with the results. Would be great to have more to actually finish up what I started!
