I often wonder if my cat family had something like this or even this very sratching post, would they have scratched my computer chair to shreds? I’d like to have them win it and just see if they leave all the other things in my room alone. Or does it even matter? Just thinking of this neat test to try out on the kitties here.

Lucky loves cardboard more than any other material for his scratching. He is declawed (not by me, we rescued him already declawed) and I think the other materials, like sisal, just don’t feel good to him. He loves cardboard, which I first discovered by him using file boxes, at their handle areas, as scratching posts. This scratcher would be amazing. It’s appearance also reminds me of the game “Jenga” where pieces of wood is stacked one on top of another. This is one giveaway i sure hope we win!!
