We first introduced this awesome cat hammock as the Kitty Cradle, but it has a new name, the Cat Crib, and this week it will be shipping for the first time. Plus, there are three new colors to choose from. The Cat Crib will be available this Friday, September 14 in black, neutral or purple fabrics.

I am in dire need of a good day’s sleep on the cat crib. I currently have the world’s worst bed. It is extremely boney and some nights it even feels like I’m sleeping next to a cactus. About 2 years ago I went to the humane society. I saw a small black cat nestled with his brother in a small hammock inside a crate. He cried after I left the side of his crate and to make a long story short, I adopted him. I’ve always wanted a little hammock for him but we are in a condo and short on room. This would be perfect in neutral or black

This is so cool!! All of my 5 kitties would love this. I’m happy they showed a 20lb. weight on it in the video, so my svelte 18lb. cat Fonz will be able to use it no problem!

Great design idea. I’m surprised that the velcro can hold 20 pounds without sliding down the legs of the chair. My cats would use this. I’d like the neutral, but in the photo the “neutral” looks like silver, so maybe not.

My cats would love this in any color even though I think purple is best! My fatboy would definitely get comfortable and then have to roll out of it while my diva girl would take her share of time in it, no doubt. Moderncat has some of the best giveaways I’ve seen. Thanks Moderncat!
