For years my Aunt Millie saved feral cats and had them see the vet, and then found them homes. Sometimes she kept several at a time to get them social and trusting. I was proud of her but I didnt understand for years the effort she put into it. Aunt Millie passed last year, but several cats are still in great loving homes!

I would love to have a hat like this!!! In all my years, I have had many cats—all had previously been feral. They are the best companions I could ever wish for.

Bless you for your support of feral cats. I have four rescued cats and one rescue greythound. I call it my zoo and wouldn’t have it any other way.

That is the neatest idea, and I would proudly wear my feral cat hat if I won! Every one of my 8 beloved cats was a street cat, and several of them just showed up on my doorstep as if my place was listed on the feral cat underground railroad!

It’s true that feral cats can be adoptable and even turn out to be some of the greatest cats you will ever know. My former feral has a bit of a wild streak, but she’s also one of the sweetest, happiest cats I have.
October 16th, 2012 at 12:21 pm

This mommy to 4 inside cats and 4 outside ferals would love a hat.
October 16th, 2012 at 12:59 pm
All our cats came from litters of momma cats who came to our doorsteps, sent by first our angel cats who crossed the rainbow bridge so long ago! One out of 3 momma cat could not be socialized, so we had to release her nuetered but kept her litter.
We are not hoarders, we consider ourselves an extended family now, caring for each cat as if they were store bought purebreeds!
October 16th, 2012 at 12:59 pm
Adorable!
