I would not recommend this company. I placed an order on Dec 7 and have not received it (it wasn’t even shipped out until the 13th), nor has the company responded to my email about it (it shipped from FL, was supposed to go to MO, and tracking–when active–had it in El Paso, TX for 3 days, then stopped).

Hello Juniper! Sorry to hear your mice haven’t arrived yet – unfortunately we have no control over a shipment once it is in the hands of the postal service. Also, we apologize for the delayed email response – due to the hectic holiday season and the fact that we are only a 2 person company, it can sometimes take a day or 2 to respond to emails.
Our shipping section clearly stated that it would take up to 7 days to ship any orders (and the 13th was within that time period), and due to the demand many orders took nearly all 7 days. We’ll be resending your order on Wednesday, and when the first shipment eventually arrives please consider it a bonus! Happy Holidays!
